Vihiga United coach Francis Manoah calls for consistency in the survival race

Vihiga United head coach Francis Manoah says his charges can do better this season with a little consistency.

The promoted side defeated Nzoia Sugar 3-1 in their last weekend outing, to register their second win of the season.

But the experienced tactician believes his side can do even better and finish in a respectable position.

"Well, it has taken us some time to adapt to the top tier and we are slowly getting it. We have players who can do the job and all we need is consistency and things will be alright.

"The game against Nzoia showed we could be ruthless.

"Our position is not that good, we just need to continue working harder and I am sure we will get where we want to be."

Vihiga has won two matches, drawn six and lost four matches this season.
