EXCLUSIVE: Goal's resident spy reveals players at the Western Australian club are worried about some of their teammates' behaviour

The off-field culture at Perth Glory is starting to become a concern with players keen to distance themselves from the activities of some of their teammates.

The Covert Agent can reveal five Glory players were drinking until 5am after September 20's friendly against Sydney FC at Leichhardt Oval.

In another incident, players hit the bottle with a prominent member of staff until 2am during a pre-season boot camp.

Several players believe aspects of the club's culture are out of control and have gone beyond the team bonding stage.

Glory owner Tony Sage has recently been alerted to the concerns with some players keen to seperate themselves from their rogue teammates.

Perth began their A-League campaign with a 2-1 loss to Western Sydney Wanderers at Spotless Stadium last weekend.

Their second match of the season is also on the road as they face Newcastle Jets in the Hunter on Sunday afternoon.
