Arsenal are interested in signing Ousmane Dembele from Barcelona, claims Mundo Deportivo.

It emerged earlier this week that Liverpool are lining up an £85 million move for the 21-year-old, whose indiscipline has become a problem at Camp Nou.

He signed from Borussia Dortmund in 2017 for £135.5 million, but now looks likely to move to the Premier League.

With suitors lining up for Bailly, Jose Mourinho has told Manchester United's hierarchy he is interested in signing Kalidou Koulibaly, according to the Daily Record.

The club's search for a centre-back has been running for months, but Mourinho has apparently highlighted Koulibaly as the man who could end their hunt. 

The Napoli defender grew up in France and appeared for the French Under-21 team, but has 30 caps for Senegal.

West Ham will not allow Marko Arnautovic, who has been linked with Manchester United, to move in January, reports the Daily Star.

Arnautovic told the press in Austria this week that he wants to play in the Champions League, implying he would be interested in a move away from the London Stadium.

Manchester United's talks with David de Gea over a new contract are ongoing, according the Evening Standard.

Speculation that the goalkeeper, whose deal is up at the end of the season, could leave has persisted for months. 

Reports suggest the delay in the deal going through is not due to de Gea's financial demands, but revolve around his desire to win trophies. 

Newcastle United have expressed an interest in signing Paraguay international Miguel Almiron from Atlanta United, claims the Chronicle.

The 24-year-old's agent was at St James' Park to watch the Magpies's 2-1 win over Bournemouth last Saturday and admitted he is in discussions with two or three clubs regarding a move for the midfielder.

Manchester United have seen a £53 million (€60m/$68m) offer for Inter Milan defender Milan Skriniar rejected, according to the Gazzetta dello Sport.

Jose Mourinho has been aiming to upgrade his defence since the summer and has targeted Skriniar as an option.

However, Inter want a record-fee for the defender, and are also working on trying to sign Skriniar to a new contract.

AC Milan are attempting to resign Zlatan Ibrahimovic according to Calciomercato, and are willing to meet his €4 million (£3.6m/$4.5m) salary.

The Swede left San Siro to join PSG along with Thiago Silva in 2012, and has been on LA Galaxy's books since March where he has scored 22 goals and made six assists in the MLS. 

Apparently Milan want the deal to go through, but they need to convince Ibrahimovic before he decides his future. 

Twenty-year-old Dani Olmpo left La Masia for Dinamo Zagreb as a teenager, believing he had a better chance to make it away from Barca. 

Now though, he could be in line for a return to Catalunya after wowing his new team.

AC Milan are interested in landing Liverpool's Fabinho in the upcoming transfer window, according to Corriere dello Sport. 

Fabinho joined Anfield over the summer but has played just a handful of games for the Premier League giants so far this season.

Gent and Georgia star Giorgi Chakvetadze is attracting interest from Barcelona, reports Spanish publication Sport.

The 19-year-old has been impressing in Belgian and could be taken to Camp Nou to help further bolster the creativity department.

Moussa Sissoko admits that he would “not be against” a return to Ligue 1 at some stage, having come through the ranks at Toulouse, but  is contracted to Tottenham until 2021 and expects to stay put.

He told Foot Mercato: “I feel good and it is the most important thing. I try to keep moving forward and growing. We'll see what happens in the future. But for now, I do not have the head elsewhere.”

Competition for Bailly heats up

Eric Bailly may be the subject of a bidding war between Arsenal and Tottenham amid his difficult spell at Manchester United, says the Daily Record.

Interest growing in Turkey star

Roma are concerned they could lose Cengiz Under to Liverpool or Manchester City in January, according to reports in Italy.

The Italian club will try to commit the 21-year-old Turkey international to a new contract amid his bright performances in Serie A.

But the looming interest from abroad is a worry for the capital club, given the Reds, City, Arsenal and Bayern Munich are said to be showing an interest and could make an offer in the next transfer window.

Paris Saint Germain midfielder Adrien Rabiot is a transfer target for Inter Milan, who hope to make him a new San Siro icon.

Juventus left-back Alex Sandro could be used as part of a deal to bring Marcelo to Turin, according to Tuttosport.

The Brazilian defender would command a €50m (£44m, $56m) fee on his own, but Real Madrid would consider letting him go in exchange for Sandro, who is three years younger.

Marcelo is reportedly keen to follow former teammate Cristiano Ronaldo to Juventus, after 11 years of service at the Santiago Bernabeu.

According to the Independent, Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey could be on his way to the Allianz Arena next summer, as Bayern Munich have held successful talks with the Welshman's representatives.

The 27-year-old will be available on a free transfer at the end of the current campaign upon the expiration of his current contract at the Emirates and had been linked with a move to Premier League rivals Liverpool and Chelsea.

However, it now looks as though Bayern will secure his services, with Ramsey now expected to sign a long-term deal with the club which will come into effect at the start of next season.

Benfica winger Eduardo Salvio is being lined up for a switch to Inter Milan next summer, with his agent Augustin Jimenez trying to broker a deal.

According to Calcio Mercato, the Nerazzurri have long been admirers of the 28-year-old midfielder and hope to secure his signature at the end of the season.

Salvio's current deal at Benfica expries in May, meaning Inter could secure the Argentine starlet on a free transfer.

Bayern Munich are happy for James Rodriguez to return to Real Madrid next summer and will try to sign Eintracht Frankfurt centre-forward Luka Jovic to bolster their attacking options in his stead.

According to Kicker, the German champions are unwilling to pay the €42m (£37m, $48m) fee required to sign James from Madrid permanently and will instead turn their attention to securing the services of Jovic.

Thje 28-year-old's deal at Old Trafford expires at the end of the season, and United have the option to extend it an additional 12 months. 

If United do extend Smalling's deal, the Toffees will still look to purchase the defender in the winter transfer window.

PSG could be forced to sell one of their stars due to Financial Fair Play

Real Madrid are preparing to swoop for Neymar or Kylian Mbappe, with ​Paris Saint-Germain potentially having to sell one of the two stars, reports AS

UEFA are currently investigating PSG's acquisitions of Neymar and Mbappe, whose big-money moves could have been in breach of Financial Fair Play regulations.

If PSG are forced to sell then Madrid are ready to pounce, with Neymar believed to be more likely to leave the Parisians than Mbappe. 

Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho wants to keep defender Matteo Darmian at the club at least until the end of the season, ESPN FC reports. 

The Italy international is keen to depart Old Trafford in January after making just one appearance so far this season. 

But Mourinho wants to keep Darmian for cover at left-back and right-back, with the manager having fitness concerns over Antonio Valencia and Diogo Dalot.

Barcelona are tracking ​Dinamo Zagreb winger Dani Olmo with an eye toward bringing him back to the club, according to Sport. 

Olmo was at Barcelona from age nine to 16 before moving to Croatia, where he has become a key member of his team and earned a call-up to Spain's U-21 side. 

Manchester United, Liverpool and Borussia Dortmund are also tracking the 20-year-old, who could cost at least €25 million (£22m/$28m).

Roma are set to make a bid for Manchester United defender Ashley Young in January, reports The Sun.

The 33-year-old's contract expires at the end of the season, and United have offered the England international a new one-year deal. 

But the Serie A side will look to bring Young to Italy by making United an offer in January. 

Liverpool have not had talks with left-back Andy Robertson over a contract extension, according to the Liverpool Echo.

Reports have suggested the Reds were set to reward the 24-year-old for his meteoric rise by extending his current deal, which has three and a half years remaining. 

However, no talks are planned this season, as Robertson's heavily incentivised current deal has seen him rewarded for his ascension to Liverpool's starting lineup.
