Café Football is set to be the first project in Asia between Peter Lim owned property firm, Rowsley, and former Manchester United footballers Ryan Giggs and Gary Neville.
It is located at The Arena, Singapore’s first football-themed lifestyle destination – it’s other outlets are located in Manchester and London.
The compound consists of an 11-a-side pitch installed with FIFA Quality Pro Ultrasport Artificial turf. It is the first facility in Singapore with this installation and is similar to the turf used by the top clubs in Europe.
There are also two 7-a-side and three 5-a-side pitches.
The café will screen live football matches during the weekends – supporters of all clubs are welcome to patronize the location.
Food served are mainly western-styled delicacies such as burgers, sandwiches and steaks priced between $13-$38 (Café Football has not been halal certified).
