Brazilian side Fluminense de Feira have got creative in their efforts to bring more revenue into the club by advertising supermarket prices on their shirts.

With money in short supply towards the bottom of the football pyramid, any method of generating more income is wholeheartedly embraced.

Shirt sponsorship is a good way of bolstering the coffers, and Fluminense de Feira have found a unique way of getting even more branding onto their tops.

With numbers already used on the back of said garments, the squad figures have been tweaked to mirror the price of certain goods in a local store.

No longer merely number 10, star striker Fernando Sobral is now 10,98 – the cost of a special pizza deal.

The new shirts were showcased for the first time on Wednesday, but they did little to inspire those on the field.
