AFPTHE BIGGER PICTURE
Guardiola's illustrious career as manager has already earned him recognition as one of the greatest managers of all time as he was at the helm of the most successful era at Barcelona between 2008 and 2012, while he has been doing something similar at Manchester City since joining them in 2016.
However, Guardiola has often come across as a highly demanding manager who wants his players to buy into his tactical ideas. When that doesn't happen, the Spaniard can occasionally let out his emotions, as revealed in the teaser of Man City's upcoming documentary, Together: 4-In-A-Row.
Lewandowski arrived at Bayern Munich in 2014 and worked with Guardiola for two seasons, winning two Bundesliga titles. The 36-year-old Polish striker compared how Guardiola functions now as compared to when they worked at Bayern almost a decade ago.
