That showpiece event, which often pulls in an audience of over 100m, is set to take place at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on February 11.

A teaser of what to expect from Messi putting his acting skills to the test has been released, with the 36-year-old ordering a drink on the beach when the tap runs dry. Michelob Ultra will be hoping that their partnership with Messi, which began in 2020 when he joined forces with their parent company Anheuser-Busch, proves beneficial to all concerned.

There has been no word as yet regarding Messi’s presence at the Super Bowl, with Inter Miami currently taking in the Asian leg of their historic international tour at the start of 2024. They are due to face Al-Hilal and Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al-Nassr in Saudi Arabia, before then heading to the Far East for meetings with a Hong Kong Select XI and Japanese side Vissel Kobe.
