THE BIGGER PICTURE
Fabregas is in his first season in management, and so far Como are 13th in Serie A and sit nine points above the relegation zone. The former Barcelona star seems set to guide them to safety and that appears to have caught Leipzig's attention. That would be a big step up for the 37-year-old with his managerial career.
DID YOU KNOW?
The report also adds that former Benfica manager Roger Schmidt is also on their managerial shortlist, but Brentford's Thomas Frank will be 'hard to get'.
