Tusker midfielder joins 'Marcelo' in Europe

Tusker FC midfielder Luis Tera Misiko has moved to join former Gor Mahia defender Eric ‘Marcelo’ Ouma in Europe.

The former France-based player has penned down a one year deal with Georgian Premier League side Kolkheti 1913 Poti, the club which ‘Marcelo’ joined four days ago. Misiko signed for Tusker in January 2016 from OGC Nice Reserve team and 12 months later, he has made a return to Europe this time joining a topflight team.

He has exclusively confirmed, the move to Goal thanking God and everyone, who has been behind his success. "I thank God for a good season in Kenya with Tusker winning a double on my debut season in KPL and I'm now back to Europe. I thank everyone who has been behind me and I hope for the best while at Kolkheti.

"It's an advantage because we will be two Kenyans in the same team making it easy to adapt to the conditions. It also psyches us up to work harder with the aim of  helping the team achieve its objectives.”

The 22-year-old is a product of Kawangware-based JMJ Academy.
