Sane struck an impressive brace as Manchester City smashed West Ham United, while Kane helped Tottenham down Chelsea at Wembley

Leroy Sane was in fine fettle for Manchester City on Saturday, scoring twice at the London Stadium to help Pep Guardiola's side rampage home to a 4-0 win over West Ham.

The Germany international did not hit the ground running at the start of the season but looks ready to explode as the season heads into the Christmas period.

Not only did his performance in east London help City to three points, it also earned a whopping score of 97/100 on the Goal Pressure Index, presented by Sure and powered by OPTA.

Joining Sane in the Pressure Team of the Week is Harry Kane, whose long-range effort against Chelsea helped Tottenham to a 3-1 win at Wembley.

The England captain kept up his fine form in London derbies and ensured Chelsea's backline endured a torrid evening as their unbeaten run came to an end; a score of 96/100 highlighted his effectiveness for Mauricio Pochettino's side.

In the midfield, Huddersfield Town's Aaron Mooy takes pride of place after dragging David Wagner's side to only their second win of the season against Wolves. The Australian's first goals of the season earned the Terriers three precious points and himself a score of 96/100.
