Nzoia Sugar coach Nicholas Muyoti lauds charges despite defeat to Bandari

Nzoia Sugar head coach Nicholas Muyoti has lauded his charges despite their weekend's setback against Bandari.

A second half strike by Wycliffe Ochomo gave the Dockers their sixth win in a row, and kept their stay in the second position with 51 points.

The former Kenyan midfielder is still optimistic over a strong finish in the remaining assignments. "I am happy with the way we played, it was a good outing especially in the first half where we managed to contain them despite their hunger to score.

"A concentration lapse  caused us, it is painful but we have to dust ourselves and focus on the coming assignments. Our main aim is to finish the season on a high note, yes we have been dropping points but we can work on it," Muyoti told Goal.

Nzoia is currently placed in the fourteenth position with thirty one points.
