Can Gor Mahia extend their dominance over Posta Rangers?

Gor Mahia are set to return to their good hunting ground of Kisumu when they take on Posta Rangers in a Kenyan Premier League match on Tuesday.

Gor Mahia are nine points clear at the summit with 43 points while their opponents Posta Rangers are 10 places below the league leaders with 24 points.

But if history is anything to go by, Gor Mahi should expect a tough battle against the mail delivery men.

K’Ogalo have not lost a league match at Moi Stadium in Kisumu this season.

Their last outing at Kachok saw them beat Nzoia Sugar 3-1 but the fact that K'Ogalo have only managed to squeeze two wins in the last six meetings against Posta Rangers, should be a cause of concern to coach Dylan Kerr.

The other four matches ended in draws though the league leaders have found it easy scoring against Rangers who have conceded six goals and scoring just four in the process.

Rangers may take advantage of the lack of team cohesion following reports that Meddie Kagere is most likely to miss the match after travelling to Tanzania to complete a switch to Simba SC.
