USWNT forward Trinity Rodman's excellently-taken first-half brace sealed a 4-2 come-from-behind win over Angel City on Saturday. Rodman, who turns 22 on Monday, opened the scoring on nine minutes when she beat a defender to a cross in the box, only to see City surge into a 2-1 lead before the half-hour mark. Rodman levelled the scores when she latched onto a bouncing ball just outside the six-yard box, beating the goalkeeper at the far post, with goals from Casey Krueger and Ouleymata Sarr sealing a 4-2 win for the Spirit.
