    The Red Devils have incorporated some of the famous cycling coach's ideas amid their preparations for the 2024-25 campaign, Manchester Evening News says. The players are being given designated sleep and meal times as well as bespoke compression clothes to increase blood circulation.

    United are currently in Los Angeles as they gear up for friendlies against Arsenal, Real Betis and Liverpool and due to the intense California summer weather, there is a risk of the players suffering dehydration. To combat the issue, the club have developed a hydration plan as well as an itinerary that ensures they have the right amount of natural light exposure to alter the players' body clocks to deal with jetlag.
