Birmingham chief executive Garry Cook has previously said of getting Brady on board: “I think that’s what an advisory board should be doing, they should be challenging the executive, challenging the board, because they come from a place of knowledge. WHAT NEXT?
While Brady is being encouraged to make his voice heard, it has been revealed that the 330 Class B shares that he holds in Shelby Companies Limited do not entitle him to any kind of power. The Companies Hose file states: “The B shares rank equally, each being entitled to receive dividends and to participate in a return of capital. The shares are non-redeemable and have no voting rights.”
