Napoli are the champions! Scott McTominay scores overhead kick as Antonio Conte delivers Serie A title on final day of the season while Inter beat 10-man Como
Napoli claimed a second Serie A title in three years as they ran out 2-0 winners against Cagliari on the final day of the season.
Scott McTominay opened the scoring late in the first half at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona before Romelu Lukaku doubled their lead early in the second in a dominant performance. Napoli had 17 shots over the 90 minutes but their opponents managed just one attempt in the game.

THE BIGGER PICTURE
Napoli were a point ahead of Inter heading into the last game of the season on Friday. The defending champions won 2-0 at Como on Friday - with the hosts seeing goalkeeper Pepe Reina being sent off in the final game of his career - but the outcome of the battle for the Scudetto was out of their hands.
Napoli will be aiming to build on their domestic glory by strengthening the squad in the summer transfer window. First, however, they will have to convince coach Conte that they share his ambition.
