WHAT HAPPENED?
According to Daily Mail reporter Kieran Gill, Mudryk reported back to Chelsea on the very first day of their pre-season on Monday cutting short his post-Euro 2024 holiday. Mudryk's journey in the European Championship ended last month after Ukraine finished fourth in their group and crashed out of the competition.
Mudryk was joined by long-time absentees Wesley Fofana and Romeo Lavia. While Fofana has remained sidelined since May 2023, Lavia has not appeared for the Blues since December.
