    Phillips, who is currently on loan at West Ham United, will return to Manchester City at the end of the current season. Having failed to establish himself as a regular starter under Pep Guardiola, the English midfielder is likely to be sold permanently in the upcoming summer transfer window. The Cityzens are expected to demand a transfer in the region of £30m (€35m).
