He told Viaplay, via Tipsbladet: "He has to go. I donât see that he has any future at the club at all. If you start playing with mostly midfielders as a 9 and youâre left out, that tells me that he wonât get any chances. He has played the aces he had up his sleeve, and there werenât many of them last season, in a very, very difficult season, so he should go to a new place now, where heâs loved and gets to play. The only thing I donât like is a loan agreement. I have to be honest. Iâve tried it myself, and itâs not fun, because you always fall down the pecking order when youâre rented, even if thereâs someone whoâs been bought for many millions. But it may be that the best he can get is a loan agreement, because there arenât many clubs in Italy that can afford to buy him, thatâs the challenge."
