Garnacho, 20, was regarded as a future leader at Old Trafford amid his breakthrough season in 2022-23, but the winger's stock has plummeted amid the Red Devils' ongoing struggles.

THE BIGGER PICTURE
United have even considered selling the Argentina international, who has five league goals this season, with Chelsea emerging as a possible destination in January. Ex-Blues star Leboeuf has not been impressed by Garnacho this term and challenged him to improve.
WHAT LEBOEUF SAID
"Alejandro Garnacho has had a bad season. Many thought that he has a very bright future, but he must improve a lot on what we have seen from him this season to fulfil the promise he showed," he told BetVictor Casino.
"He can be very clumsy in matches, we didn’t see that when he was coming through, he was very energetic and confident. His decision making has been poor and he looks to have lost that flair he had when he came through, he’s a young player so I hope he can rectify things going forward."

Garnacho could still be sold in the summer if United receive a good enough offer as Ruben Amorim will hope to use the funds to strengthen his team for the 2025-26 campaign.
