The Norwegian, who has previously claimed he will have a say in United’s transfer dealings next month, is rumoured to be keen on adding more young talent to his squad.

Christian Pulisic has agreed to join Chelsea this summer, according to <a href="https://www.bild.de/bild-plus/sport/fussball/sport/bvb-fordert-millionen-abloese-christian-pulisic-einig-mit-chelsea-59263706,view=conversionToLogin.bild.html" target="_blank">Bild</a>. The Premier League club will pay&nbsp;€50 million (£45m/$57m) to secure the services of the 20-year-old winger, who has provided three goals in 18 games this season for Borussia Dortmund. Pulisic has long been admired by Premier League sides, with Arsenal and Liverpool also said to have been interested in the young winger.

Serie A side Lazio could provide routes back to Italy for Davide Zappacosta or Matteo Darmian. Chelsea are thought to be demanding £22.5 million [$28.5m] for the 18-year-old, however with 18 months left on his contract they are running out of time to recoup a fee.

Those new terms will also included an increased release clause to ensure the Premier League duo cannot trigger an automatic move for the Nigeria international.

Manchester City are keen on Atletico Madrid midfielder Thomas Partey, who has stated he is unhappy with life with the La Liga club. The Premier League champions have lacked steal in that position and their title is slipping from their grasp. And according to former journalist Ian McGarry, who is now a Football Operations Consultant, Pep Guardiola is keen on the Frenchman. Speaking to the <a href="https://play.acast.com/s/thetransferwindow/cescfabregasorthomasparteytomancity-whyvirgilvandijkhasbeenkeytothetitlerace-ismanutdsolegunnarsolskjaerbouncereal-">Transfer Window podcast</a>, he said: "I’m told that City have enquired to Atletico Madrid about Thomas Partey, who, for me, is one of the most exciting and most effective holding midfielders in European football at this moment in time."

Chelsea have rejected a £13.5 million [$17.1m] plus add-ons offer from Bayern Munich for Callum Hudson-Odoi, according to <a href="https://www.skysports.com/football/news/11095/11594314/chelsea-reject-bayern-munich-bid-for-callum-hudson-odoi">Sky Sports</a>. The 18-year-old is out of contract in 2020 and is considering the offer of a new deal. Hudson-Odoi wants guarantees over his future opportunities having only played 11 times this season under Maurizio Sarri. Borussia Dortmund are also reportedly interested but Bayern have launched a bid in an attempt to get the deal done. But having had the proposal knocked back Chelsea have told the Bundesliga champions they want a fee closer to £22.5 million [$28.5m].

Rafael Benitez has no plans to cut-short Kenedy's season-long loan spell at Newcastle in the January window. The Brazilian was left out against Watford after being accused of not putting in 100% during training.
