Kavazovic: I know a little about African football

Township Rollers head coach Nikola Kavazovic has claimed that he knows a little about African football and especially his CAF Champions League opponents Yanga.

The two teams will face each other in the National Stadium on Tuesday to seek a chance in the group stages.

Speaking in his press conference in Dar es Salaam ahead of that clash, Kavazovic said that he knows little about African football having appointed prior to this season.

Asked about Yanga, Kavazovic replied that he watches four games, two away and two at home and he gets something from videos, he also revealed that he knows a little about Simba and Azam.

“I am not an African football expert, I know a little about the style and competition but I will try to do my best, through video games I saw Yanga in four different games, two away and two at home so I gained something, I also know about Simba and Azam FC,” said Kavazovic.

Kavazovic joined the Rollers from Saif Sporting Club of Bangladesh, since he joined the club he has broken some memorable records including 8 consecutive wins and a maximum 24 points after 8 opening league games.
