Brazil return to action this week for the first time since World Cup 2018.
The Selecao will meet USA in New Jersey on September 7 before hosting El Salvador on September 11 in Landover as the Brasil Global Tour returns to USA.
The fixtures are the first of six Brasil Global Tour matches scheduled through the end of 2018, a timeframe which Brazil coach Tite is labelling the “short term” in a three-phase plan ahead of World Cup 2022 in Qatar.
The first phase will see the coach and his staff trial a number of new faces as they look toward next year’s Copa America.
10 of the players arrived to the Westin Newport Hotel on Sunday, with PSG duo Thiago Silva and Marquinhos the first to report for duty.
On Monday, Brazil take to the training field for the first time this month, with the session to be held at Red Bull Arena at 17:00 local time.
On Tuesday 4th and Wednesday 5th the Selecao will leave the Hotel Westin Newport at 15:00 local time ahead of a 16:00 training session at the same venue.
On Thursday September 5th they will depart the hotel at 14:45 ahead of their 16:00 training session at Metlife Stadium, the venue of Friday's match with USA.
Brazil then head straight for Washington that evening via a charter jet, arriving at the Hotel Park Hyatt in the early hours of the morning before a Saturday afternoon training session at Audi Field at 16:00.
Brasil Global Tour
On Sunday 9th they depart the hotel at 16:00 for a 17:00 training session at the same venue.
Monday will see them train at 17:00 at FedEx Field, the venue of Tuesday’s clash with El Salvador.
On Tuesday September 11, the team are scheduled to depart the hotel at 18:15 ahead of their 20:05 kick off for the final match of this month’s Brasil Global Tour.
