Italy will face Bosnia and Herzegovina in the play-off final in a bid to qualify for the upcoming World Cup, with the city of Zenica set to host the decider.
The Italian national team players were also present to watch the penalty shoot-out between Wales and Bosnia at Cardiff City Stadium, from a box at the New Balance Arena.
Rai footage showed some of the Azzurri players celebrating Bosnia’s victory, including Federico Dimarco, Pio Esposito and Guglielmo Vicario.
