Bayern Munich welcome RB Salzburg to the Allianz Arena on Tuesday evening for the second leg of their Champions League last-16 clash.

The tie is finely balanced after a 1-1 draw in Austria three weeks ago and, while the Bavarians are firm favourites to progress, the visitors are capable of causing them serious problems.

Salzburg have scored in six of their seven matches in the Champions League this season and will head to Bavaria confident of competing once more with their more illustrious opponents.

Bayern, for their part, have not been overly solid defensively in recent weeks, keeping just two clean sheets in their last nine games in all competitions and there could be some interest in backing the visitors to get on the score sheet.

Indeed, Salzburg have scored in 10 of their last 11 away games in the Champions League, including qualifiers, and the most recent meeting between these sides in Munich came in 2020 with Bayern winning by a 3-1 scoreline.
