Andre Ayew eyeing big win against Chelsea in Premier League

Swansea City attacker Andre Ayew is counting on home support to help them overcome Chelsea in their Premier League encounter on Saturday.

The Swans are hoping to scoop all points at Liberty Stadium to help their quest to stay in the topflight for at least one more season.

Carlos Carvalhal's outfit currently sit 17th on the log, a spot above the relegation zone.

“It’s important for everyone to put in a shift to help us get a result,” Andre told Jack Magazine.

“It’s a very important game at home and the stadium is going to be packed.

“When we play at home, the fans always have a lot of belief and get behind us.

“We have to fight hard, play our football and try to make something happen.”

Andre, who rejoined Swansea in January, is expected to be handed another starting role, alongside brother Jordan, in attack on Saturday.

He has so far made eight topflight appearances involving six starts, but yet to find the back of the net.
