The striker opened his account for the Red Dragons with a fantastic overhead kick to extend his team's lead to 3-0 in the group-stage clash. It was just his second appearance since joining the club from West Brom in the summer transfer window.

The 21-year-old was left out of the Wrexham squad for their last five League One games and he hopes his latest showing was enough to convince Phil Parkinson to give him more playing time in the near future.
WHAT FAAL SAID
"Delighted, buzzing and exciting, to be honest. Hopefully that can be the start of many more goals and hopefully many more involvements as well," he said. "I'm absolutely happy that we've got the job done, we've come and done what we wanted to do and a goal for me, so very happy."
