Meta Quest has officially been named the Mixed Reality Partner of the Red Dragons in an agreement that will see their name and logo featured on the back of the men's and women's team shirts. • THE BIGGER PICTURE

Wrexham's appeal has increased drastically since Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney became co-owners in 2021, with Gatorade, United Airlines and TikTok among the high-profile companies to get involved with the Welsh club. The Hollywood owners have Premier League ambitions following back-to-back promotions to League One and the deal with Meta Quest, which provides virtual reality headsets and is a division of the company owned by Mark Zuckerberg, will further enhance their financial might.

  • WHAT REYNOLDS AND MCELHENNEY SAID

“We’re so excited to welcome Meta Quest as our back-of-shirt sponsor,” Reynolds and McElhenney said. “Meta Quest allows you to immerse yourself in new worlds and experiences and is all about connection - something that resonates with us at Wrexham AFC. Whether it’s our journey with this incredible club or the bond we share with our supporters, it’s about bringing people together. Plus, now we can finally live out our dreams of being on the pitch without pulling a hamstring.”
