Palmer has been balling out in the Premier League since his £42.5 million ($52m) move to Chelsea from Manchester City. As the Three Lions star continues to thrive on the field, he is also enjoying his life away from the sport after being invited to attend the GQ Men of the Year event in London this week.

Palmer attended the event with his parents and girlfriend, Connie Grace, a nail artist and manicurist from Manchester.

The Chelsea star and Grace were first seen together on vacation in Ibiza in August. The two were beaming as they rested on a boat and paddleboard on the waves. They have kept their romance discreet, but they were snapped holding hands at the PFA Young Player of the Year award in September before they were officially seen together as a couple at the GQ event at Kensington Roof Gardens on Tuesday.

Grace loves to travel, showcasing her trips to Bali, Dubai and Rome on Instagram, where she boasts more than 21,000 followers.

Grace's most recent post on Instagram shows her sitting at Stamford Bridge earlier this month. She posted the photos with the caption: "Fur season".

The England international missed the Three Lions' final two matches of 2024 due to injury, but he returned to training ahead of the Blues' clash against Leicester City on November 23.
