Wayne Rooney jets off to Ibiza alongside former Man Utd team-mates and wife Coleen but looks short of holiday spirit in latest snaps

The Rooneys were joined by John O'Shea and Michael Carrick among other friends, with spirits seemingly high among the group - other than Rooney, who was noticeably unsmiling.

The Rooneys were holidaying together after it was recently reported that Coleen was concerned their family could follow in the footsteps of the Beckhams. Brooklyn Beckham is reported to have a strained relationship with parents David and Victoria, and a source close to Coleen told OK that similar happening to her family would be "her worst nightmare".

Wayne also hit the headlines recently after racking up two days' worth of parking fines for leaving his Audi parked outside a hotel for two days.

Rooney could soon be back in management after leaving Plymouth midway through last season. Macclesfield would reportedly like to appoint him as their replacement for Forest Green Rovers-bound Robbie Savage.
