    After Real Madrid won their record-extending 15th European Cup on Saturday evening, the club's former skipper Sergio Ramos was quick to congratulate four of his ex-teammates in a social media post. "4 legends, 24 champions congratulations," he posted on his Instagram Stories with a picture of Dani Carvajal, Luka Modric, Nacho and Toni Kroos celebrating with the trophy.

    The significance of the four players pictured was not lost on Ramos, as the quartet were all celebrating a sixth Champions League win. Caravajal, Modric and Nacho have won all of their titles with Madrid, while Kroos has five with Los Merengues and one with his former side Bayern Munich.

    Ramos also posted about Madrid's triumph, writing on Instagram stories: "A true love story. Don't try to understand it. Congratulations Real Madrid x 15 Champions League."
