WHAT HAPPENED?
The Australian suffered an unfortunate anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury during the Blues' winter training camp in Morocco. This setback will likely sideline the 30-year-old forward for the remainder of the current campaign. Kerr has already undergone surgery but is yet to be discharged from hospital. As part of her long road to recovery, the forward has reached out to her Instagram followers for movie and series recommendations on Netflix.

Kerr wrote on Instagram: "On the road to recovery 🫶🏽 Netflix recommendations below plz x."
THE BIGGER PICTURE
Kerr's comments section was flooded in no time with best wishes and movie recommendations from colleagues and fans alike. Jesse Lingard wrote, "Back stronger ❤️🙏🏾" while Chelsea team-mate Caryl Telford said: "We got you SK ❤️💙 don’t think u need my list now 😂😎".
Australian cricketer David Warner also dropped in his good wishes and hopes the forward's recovery goes well.
