With Amorim planning for the future, United view Rashford’s loan spell as an opportunity to increase his market value. They are reportedly seeking a permanent deal worth around £60 million ($76m), with Villa emerging as a leading candidate to secure his services. Rashford himself is believed to be keen on extending his stay in the West Midlands, viewing Villa Park as the ideal place to rejuvenate his career under Emery.

Rashford’s strong club form has also boosted his international prospects, earning him a recall to the England squad under Thomas Tuchel. He was handed a starting role in England’s World Cup qualifier against Albania, but despite his best efforts, he drew a blank at Wembley.
