WHAT HAPPENED?
Manchester United fans made their feelings about Martial crystal clear on Saturday. The Frenchman was taken off early in the second half against Bournemouth, with United trailing 1-0, and his substitution was greeted by loud cheers from the Old Trafford faithful. Hojlund took his place in the attack, with Erik ten Hag's side chasing an equaliser against the Cherries.
Manchester United take on Bayern Munich next in a must-win Champions League match. It remain to be seen how Ten Hag will line his team up for the game, but Martial may find himself on the bench once again after failing to impress against Btournemouth.
