There is set to be squad revamp time for the second time in two summers for Manchester United as they are set to make several sales for Ruben Amorim and bring in new stars to the squad. Reports have suggested that United could have a transfer budget of up to £200 million ($260m) after sales.

United are interested in signing Crystal Palace star Eze this summer, per The Sun, as Amorim believes that he would fit in perfectly in his tactical setup. However, Eze is also attracting interest from Aston Villa.

Rashford could play a massive part in whether United manage to sign Eze this summer. If Aston Villa are unable to keep loanee Rashford, they will challenge the Red Devils for the signing of Eze. As such, it has been suggested that United could make a swap deal with the Villans involving Rashford plus cash for Ollie Watkins. This deal would help open the gap to sign Eze with less competition for his signature.
