A long catwalk, music & fire: Details of Kylian Mbappe's blockbuster Real Madrid presentation revealed with 80,000 fans set to pack out the Bernabeu

Per AS, Los Blancos have planned a big event to unveil their biggest signing since Cristiano Ronaldo in 2009, on July 16 at the Bernabeu. Last month the Spanish champions brought the curtains down on a long-lasting transfer saga as they announced the signing of Mbappe as a free agent from Paris Saint-Germain on a five-year deal.

The report further claims that a long catwalk will be set up from the exit of the dressing room to the stage with pyrotechnics on its edge. As and when Mbappe starts walking on the catwalk, music will be played on the PA system. As many as 80,000 Real Madrid fans are expected to be present in the stadium to witness the historic transfer being unveiled. The France captain will don the new club kit for the 2024-25 season with the No.9 on his back.

Los Merengues president Florentino Perez will be accompanied on stage at the event by club legend and honourary president Jose Martinez Sanchez, or 'Pirri' as he is popularly known.

For now, the 25-year-old remains focused on Les Bleus' journey at Euro 2024. They will be next seen in action on Friday against Cristiano Ronaldo's Portugal in a quarter-final clash.
