While driving a £70,000 Mercedes, Kilner was stopped by police and is accused of being 'behind the wheel while not being in control', as per the Sun. While there remains ambiguity over what Kilner was doing to not be considered in control of the vehicle, the charge is usually levied at an individual when they are in a position which inhibits their full sight of the road.

Kilner denied the charge in November and a previous charge against her of using a phone at the wheel was withdrawn. However, should Kilner be convicted at Chester Magistrates' Court on Sunday, she will face a fine and will be given three points on her driving licence.
Walker and Kilner appear to be trying to resolve any issues while the defender is back in England on international duty. Kilner is set to appear in court on Sunday, the day before the Three Lions host Latvia. Walker will then return to Italy to prepare for AC Milan's game against Napoli.
