'Back to the f*cking Everton game!' - Jurgen Klopp's fury at Liverpool's 'sh*t' performance in final Merseyside derby chronicled in Amazon Prime documentary
Jurgen Klopp has reflected on Liverpool's "sh*t" defeat to Everton in his final Merseyside derby during a new Amazon documentary.
In the four-part Doubters to Believers: Liverpool FC: The Klopp Era documentary, which is released on Friday, the German is filmed speaking about the Reds' 2-0 loss at Goodison Park last April. The former Liverpool boss, who was later replaced by Arne Slot, did not hold back when reflecting on "that f*cking Everton game".

WHAT JURGEN KLOPP SAID
In the documentary, Klopp said: “Now I have to go back to the f*cking Everton game which I have tried hard to get out of my mind and tell you what I thought before this f*cking game. And it was probably all wrong because we played as sh*t as we did.”
THE BIGGER PICTURE
Klopp will go down as one of Liverpool's all-time great managers but his last season at Anfield ended on a somewhat underwhelming note as they were competing for the quadruple towards the tail end of 2023-24, but only emerged with the Carabao Cup. But his legacy will not be diminished by that.
