Despite his impressive performances, Endrick is aware of the challenges that come with playing for a club of Madrid’s stature. Competition for minutes is fierce, and the 18-year-old acknowledges the importance of making an impact whenever he is given the opportunity.
"I have to take advantage of my chances," he said. "It’s tough to play here with the best in the world, and I have to make the most of my opportunities by scoring goals. Very happy with my sixth goal and for helping the team in the Cup.
"There’s Vini[cius Junior], [Kylian] Mbappe, Rodrygo, Jude [Bellingham]... Four of the best players in the world. I’m nobody. I’m here to work, and it doesn’t matter who starts on the pitch."
