    THE BIGGER PICTURE

Neymar was making just his second appearance of the season for Al-Hilal, having recently returned after a year out with an anterior cruciate ligament injury. He admitted that he had been warned of another flare up as he took to social media after the match to provide an update.

  • WHAT NEYMAR SAID

Neymar wrote in an Instagram story that the injury will be examined, adding: "Hopefully nothing too much... It's normal that after one year [out] this happens, the doctors had already warned me, so I have to be careful and play more minutes."
