Lozano could be facing a lengthy spell on the sidelines after picking up a lower body injury for San Diego Saturday night in the club's home debut. Head coach Mikey Varas admitted that the team needed to assess Lozano on Sunday before offering a timeline.
SDFC sporting director Tyler Heaps outlined the situation following the game: "It's lower body, and something we'd like to do more scans on that will obviously happen tomorrow. What I can say is that he's in a positive mood now and we hope to get him back as quickly as possible."
