Chelsea captain Reece James pays tribute to his Blues 'brothers' after making long-awaited Premier League return in Nottingham Forest win

After coming on as a sub, James assisted Nicholas Jackson's 82nd-minute winner. Following the match, the 24-year-old sent out a touching message on Instagram thanking his teammates after his return to action.

On Instagram, the Chelsea captain captioned his post: "wow… soooo good to be back out there with my brothers, I missed that feeling! enjoy your weekend"

The win was an important one for the Blues as it pushed them up into seventh place, level on points with Newcastle United, who lead on goal difference. With Mauricio Pochettino's job hanging in the balance, Chelsea will be hoping for a strong finish to the season as they look to secure some form of European football next season.
