Gravenberch has been in top form for Liverpool this season as the Reds have soared past their competition in the Premier League. However, while that wasn't the case in the Champions League and the FA Cup, the Dutchman's form cannot be disputed and he was expected to be a starter for the Netherlands national team in their Nations League quarter-final against Spain this week.

However, Netherlands have now confirmed that Gravenberch has been dropped from their squad for the international break as he is "still suffering from an injury sustained over the weekend" during Liverpool's dismal loss to Newcastle United in the Carabao Cup final.
