Fabrizio Romano has now revealed that Disasi is set to miss out on Enzo Maresca's Chelsea squad for the Bournemouth clash as the Blues set up for their Premier League clash against Bournemouth as he can leave Stamford Bridge in January.

Even though it was previously reported that Chelsea were not actively looking to sell Disasi, the club's position seems to have changed. Chelsea may be able to pursue other defensive targets as a result of the prospective transfer; Marc Guehi of Crystal Palace has been mooted as a potential replacement.

The Chelsea defender is likely to leave this winter as the Blues figure out what the future holds for him. Disasi may leave the club on loan with an option to buy, however, a permanent sale remains off the table at the moment.
