The report adds that Arsenal have presented an offer worth €70 million (£58m/$79.5) plus a target-based fee. Gyokeres will receive a €12m signing bonus and earn €7m per season in wages if agrees to join the Gunners. Cetinkaya will now present the offer to Sporting president Frederico Varandas.
