According to The Sun, the Gunners are keeping tabs on Espanyol full-back Omar Hilali, who is said to have a £12.5 million ($16m) release clause. The 21-year-old, who can also play as a winger, is also being looked at by Barcelona.

Right-back has, at times, been a troublesome position for Arsenal this season, with first-choice option Ben White missing a big chunk of the season through injury. Midfielder Thomas Partey has often filled in for the 27-year-old but having more strength in depth there may not be a bad idea.
