Milan have submitted a formal offer to Brugge for Jashari, according to Calciomercato in Italy. The proposed deal includes a total package worth âŹ35 million (ÂŁ30m/$38m), combining fixed fees and easily attainable bonuses. The Belgian side, however, are holding out for âŹ35m guaranteed plus an additional âŹ5m in variables, which would mark a record-breaking sale for the club.
Jashari was named the Belgian Pro League Player of the Year as well as the Young Player of the Year for his exploits last season. If Milan meet Brugge's demands, he will become a club-record signing, overtaking Charles De Ketelaere
, who left the same club for AC Milan for âŹ35m in 2022.

Milan are waiting for a formal response from Brugge. The Belgian club are not in a hurry and is still working on getting the best deal. If Brugge agree to the deal or lower their expectations, Jashari will fly to Italy for medical tests and finish the transfer quickly.
