Aaron Wan-Bissaka for England? West Ham right-back yet to commit international football as Thomas Tuchel prepares to name first Three Lions squad

Tuchel is set to name his first England squad soon, and the German is looking to renew the team left by Gareth Southgate as he aims to provide every eligible player with a clean slate. As such, the right-back position is up for grabs with Kyle Walker struggling, and Tuchel could have Trent Alexander-Arnold backed up by Wan-Bissaka.

However, Wan-Bissaka has yet to pledge his allegiance to the England national team as he also has the possibility of committing his international future to the Democratic Republic of Congo as per The Daily Mail. After joining West Ham from Manchester United in the summer, the defender has made an impression at the London Stadium, and there is a lot of demand for him to be called up to the England squad.

The DR Congo national team are also attempting to get the West Ham star to pledge his allegiance to the country ahead of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations.

Wan-Bissaka is currently in good form for West Ham, and he will continue to try and keep up the form as he makes his final decision on international allegiances.
