Niger Tornadoes will be difficult, says Enyimba’s Udoh

Enyimba forward Mfon Udoh has admitted his side will be confronting a tough Niger Tornadoes at the Lokoja Confluence Stadium on Sunday.

Despite currently third on the NPFL log, the Peoples' Elephants skipper believes the home team will be hugely inspired by their first away win of the season against Remo Stars.

He said he is facing no pressure as captain as he seeks to reclaim the league diadem for his side after rediscovering his scoring form, netting four goals so far.

"We have not gotten to where we want to be yet, but still happy that at least all our hard works are not in vain for now, and still working hard to win the title," Udoh told Goal.

"I become more focused on the new challenge. I've seen myself as someone who needs to do more. It is very good to see myself back.

"Well, I must say the captainship has done some fantastic work on me. And I’m so glad about it. No, I’ve no pressure at all.

"Everybody wants the league shield and just that we are anxious to win the league again.

"Niger Tornadoes are highly motivated because they won their last away game, but we also won our home game too.

"It is going to be a difficult game. But we are just going to try our best to win and pray God sees us through."
