The New England Revolution finalized deals for on-loan forward Cristian Penilla and on-loan midfielder Luis Caicedo, the club announced Friday.

Penilla was on loan from Liga MX side Pachuca and scored 13 goals in 33 games. Caicedo, meanwhile, made 29 starts in midfield.

Gianluigi Buffon admits he would have considered staying in Serie A before eventually making the move to PSG this summer, according to Sky Italy.

Buffon spent his entire career in Italy with Parma and Juventus before signing a 12-month deal with the Ligue 1 champions in July.

"I could have considered something romantic like Parma, or Genoa, because when I was a fan as a kid," said Buffon. "Or Lazio, because Lazio fans have always treated me like a champion and a man to honor and this for me has a really important value.

The alteration which will discussed at a meeting next week in London which could see the word 'deliberately' removed from the regulations regarding handling the ball.

Instead, referees will be asked to judge whether a player's arm or hand is in an unnatural position - possibly above shoulder height.

If the talks prove successful then the change in the rule could be voted on at International FA Board's annual general meeting next March.
